Anna Maria Island 4th of July Parade
organized by Anna Maria Island Privateers

Parade starts a 10am on the Southern tip of Anna Maria Island at Coquina Beach and ends at the Northern Tip of the Island at Bay Front Park, while passing through the towns of Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria. The parade theme is Patriotic, "The good old US of A" and Red, White and Blue. Beads will be tossed. Cannons will be fired. NO walking is allowed during the parade. You MUST ride the float.

There will be an After Parade Gathering held at the Cafe on the Beach immediately after the Parade.

Here’s the plan for the 4th of July evening festivities:

Board our private bus at Shore walk at 5:00 pm and party your way to Sarasota to enjoy the panoramic views and live entertainment at Marina Jack’s. We have the Portside Patio Bar reserved for us to enjoy cocktails, dinner, and fireworks with dancing to the live sounds of Omni. After the fireworks we will party our way back to Shore walk.
Our bus driver told us he knows ALL the good places!

$35.00 per person pays your transportation and entertainment fee.

We will be having a progressive brunch on Saturday morning starting at 11:00 am. We need you to tell us what you will be preparing now and once we all arrive and check in at the Shorewalk I will distribute a list of what is being served where.

Saturday evening we will have a BBQ and the Krewe will provide the main course. We’d like each of you to bring a dish and if you could also commit to that now I can make sure we don’t end up with 40 pounds of potato salad.

If you haven’t already, please reply and let us know what you’ll be bringing to the Brunch and the BBQ.
